1. Textbooks cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box.
2. Verify shipping address and make sure it is correct before submitting order.
3. When using Financial Aid as payment method, skip "Planning on paying with with Financial Aid..." page and click
on "Continue to Checkout". When confirming your payment method you will use the drop down box and select Financial Aid.
4. No matter which payment method you choose, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card in the event
you do not have  a sufficient amount for payment.
5. If you receive a declined email, the best fix is to redo the order with the correct information/payment method.
