Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Refunds are based on the official start date of a semester, not when the book is purchased

RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

textbook refund

Through 1st week of semester for 16 week semesters Through 1st week of semester for 8 week, fast track & intersession semesters EXCEPTION – If class is 1 week or less in length refunds will only be given through the first day of class 100% refund under the following conditions:

• Must have an original valid cash register receipt
• Textbook and/or bundle must be in original purchased condition

lab manual refund

• No refund on lab manuals unless course is cancelled or dropped during official refund period

no refunds on the following items:

• Reference Books
• Computer Software

clothing, supplies, electronics and defective items

• Exchanges ONLY for like items if in 100% original condition
• Must be one week from date of purchase

Bookstore management reserves the right to make final decisions for circumstances not covered in this policy
