1. ALL CODES purchased from us are PHYSICAL items.  If you wish to have your Code(s) Emailed, you MUST REQUEST SO in the COMMENT Box which appears right before your place your order.  Emailed Codes CANNOT BE REFUNDED. 
2. Orders ARE NOT Charged UNTIL "Packed" by the Bookstore. A $1.00 Charge will occur and be refunded for verification.
3. Textbooks cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box.
4. Verify shipping address and make sure it is correct before submitting order. Apartment Numbers are a MUST if applicable.
5. Use the drop down box and select "Financial Aid" if using Financial Aid. Your Student Account Number IS your STUDENT ID.  A STUDENT ID NUMBER IS ALWAYS REQUIRED
6. No matter which payment method you choose, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card with at least $1.00 available.
7. If you receive a declined email, the best fix is to redo the order with the correct information/payment method.
